A model of care that continues to grow in popularity, our concierge practice provides direct access to physicians through phone, text, telehealth, in-office, or in-home visits—designed around your schedule and availability.

Our approach moves beyond the constraints of traditional medical settings to deliver thoughtful, personalized care. We respect each patient’s individual preferences and perspectives, and aim to provide support that considers both physical and mental well-being.

In our concierge program, you can expect a high level of access, responsiveness, and attention. Care is collaborative—you help guide the pace and direction of your treatment.

Appointments are tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer in-depth, comprehensive discussions or efficient, focused visits, we strive to accommodate your schedule and priorities. In-person visits can often be arranged when appropriate.

We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video and phone visits, along with in-person care when feasible. Your safety and comfort remain a priority.

Our philosophy emphasizes a broad, whole-person perspective. We consider social, psychological, and lifestyle factors that may influence your health, with the goal of addressing root causes—not just symptoms.

Care is often coordinated collaboratively, ensuring a well-rounded clinical perspective. When appropriate, we can help facilitate referrals to specialists or complementary providers.

Our concierge model is designed to simplify access to care. Services such as medications, imaging, labs, and minor procedures can often be arranged efficiently and, in many cases, at minimal additional cost. Any services requiring additional fees will always be discussed transparently in advance.

We focus exclusively on clinical care and do not participate in legal proceedings or administrative paperwork for employers or government agencies. We operate on a straightforward fee-for-service basis with no contracts or long-term commitments.

There is no membership fee. Pricing is transparent and reflects the full cost of each visit: home visits (including lab draws) are $500, 30-minute telehealth visits are $300, and follow-up visits are $200. Payment is collected prior to each appointment.

While we provide a broad range of primary care services, we recommend maintaining a separate primary care physician for annual physicals and insurance-based services. We are happy to coordinate care with your other providers when needed.
