At Hashemi Healthcare, our addictions treatment program is among the best in the country. Though we are located in Yardley, we are licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and can see patients in either state via telehealth. We serve our community remotely, meaning patients anywhere in these states can reach us via phone or video chat. We offer same-day and after-hours appointments scheduled around the needs of our patients  We take pride in what we do. If you are ready to change your life, we are here to help.

Unlike other telehealth Suboxone programs, ours is small and concierge style. You will see the same physician, Dr. Hashemi, at every visit and develop a personal rapport. Your care will be customized and your individual needs will be met. Additional services such as the need for withdrawal management, psychiatric medication management, and occasional health issues are included. We also offer home detox services for mild to moderate withdrawal in order to help keep our patients functional and to provide minimal disruption to personal and professional obligations.

Dr. Hashemi is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine as well as Family Medicine, and holds additional credentials in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Meditation. He attends Psychiatry and Addiction conferences, and teaches free yoga workshops in his free time. We are proud to incorporate holistic wellness into our philosophy and take pride in our work.

An added benefit of our program is its adaptability. Unique patient needs are taken into account and an optimized plan is tailored based on patient individuality. We continue to collaborate with mental health, wellness, and addiction medicine specialists around the country to provide the most cutting edge, patient-centered service available.​

To maintain this level of access and personalization, we operate on a transparent, fee-for-service model rather than insurance. There are no contracts or hidden fees. Home detox services are $300 and include a free one-week follow-up. Monthly maintenance visits are $200. Most additional support is included free of charge, and any rare additional costs are discussed in advance.
